Hello everyone, I’ve noticed a technical problem with the price suggestion feature – both as a seller and as a buyer.When I send a price suggestion as a seller, it is not delivered by email. The suggestion only appears directly on the item page when the buyer opens the item again. Many buyers apparently overlook this and then buy at the original price because they never saw the suggestion.I’ve now experienced the same thing as a buyer too: I received price suggestions from sellers, but didn’t get an email about them. The suggestion was only visible when I actively opened the item.My settings are correct: – Price suggestions are enabled – Notifications are turned on – I’m logged in – It affects different items and different buyers/sellersSo my question is: Is this a technical problem with eBay? Or is it normal behavior that price suggestions are not sent by email? Is there a way to ensure delivery by email?Thank you!
