I haven't been able to add or check a sales promotion in Seller Cockpit Pro for my listings for quite some time now. For a while now, I've been getting the message that a problem has occurred and that I should try again later. I regularly pay my subscription fees for the promised services. And these have no longer been fully provided for some time now.Who can tell me when this problem will finally be fixed?ebay probably won't care much if you threaten to withhold payment, or they'll quickly suspend you if the full fees aren't paid.
