Problems via API, new listings - no upload, existing listings are being terminated | Technical Questions

Hello everyone, we have been having the following problems via the API for a few days now 1. new listings on Ebay are no longer going online. They are being reported as errors or as ended2. existing listings are suddenly ending and no longer going out of stock. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing, or does anyone know whether there are major changes at Ebay? E.g. category changes, item specifics? Thanks for your help
