Problems with Vivaldi? Item description missing
Summary: p-schauberger reports a problem where the item description is not displayed in Vivaldi, despite deleted cookies. sunrise1605 confirms the problem with Vivaldi. petersmodellbahnstuebchen asks an eBay employee to look into it, while verena@ebay promises to pass the issue on to the specialist department. Finally, elke@ebay clarifies that the problem has already been reported and asks p-schauberger for specific item numbers, which they provide.
Hey,
is anyone else here having the problem that, with the Vivaldi browser, the article description isn’t displayed?
(Cookies, etc. have been deleted!)
I’ve been noticing this for 3 days ...
Best, Peter

·6 days agoHello @p-schauberger , you already let us know on Saturday that you're having issues with the item description in your current internet browser. Are these still ongoing and, if so, could you please name two or three item numbers here as examples?
Kind regards
Elke

·1 week agoHello @p-schauberger ,
Thanks a lot for your post!
I’d be happy to pass your observation on internally to the specialist department. Does this explicitly affect your own offers or also those of other sellers?
Thanks for the tag, @petersmodellbahnstuebchen ! ❤
Best regards

·1 week ago · EditedHello @p-schauberger
I had that yesterday/the day before yesterday (?) in a VK.
Unfortunately I no longer know whether it was Vivaldi or FF.And whether the VK even had a description.OK, I just tested it with you, it was Vivaldi. So yes, I can confirm that.
