And that's exactly where the problem is. For me, the search field is no longer at the top but at the bottom, and the button „ save this search „ is no longer there. And like I said, the little heart that used to have exactly this save function no longer does 🤔
Ok, I use an iPhone, I’ve now cleared the cookies and cache, but all of that refers to Safari, and I don’t really see how that relates to the eBay app. I’m not really technically savvy when it comes to that either. Turned the phone off and on, nothing. Google recommends deleting and reloading the app, but then all the collected data is gone, right?
Oh, I’m afraid I can’t tell you anything about the app or help you with it either, since I don’t use that stuff at all. Best to wait; there are members here who know a bit about the app and can surely help.

·1 week agoAs far as I know, a search, if you then want to save it, is not saved via the heart icon but via "Save this search".
It works perfectly fine for me.
Cleared the cache & deleted cookies? Tried another browser?

Often, data junk prevents things from displaying / working correctly
