Pages that can’t be opened all the time

Good afternoon.

I’ve had links / notices in both the app and the website for a few weeks now that won’t go away.

For example:

https://www.ebay.de/mes/seller-capital-portal?sh=true

In the seller cockpit, I keep being shown the same things, which go nowhere when clicked. Supposedly sold items, supposedly some price suggestions, etc.

Any ideas?

So far I have:

Reinstalled the app

tried different browsers.

Deleted cookies

Sure enough,

for example, today I received the following message.

If I then click on check offer now, this appears:

In Seller Cockpit Pro, I keep getting shown that I could get merchant financing. Not that I wanted it, but it’s annoying. Also, I keep being told that I still need to take care of a return or refund because I supposedly received the item. A return request that actually shouldn’t be one anymore.

Price suggestions are shown to me even though the item has already been sold. Here I found out that if I delete the message within the bell menu, I no longer get a box for it shown in Seller Cockpit Pro either. But the return request remains.

Every now and then I get emails from you whose links also show the error pages.

Overall, though, it has gotten a bit better.
