despite a shop quota of 100 free auctions, 60 cents are charged per auction
I have to pay 60 cents per auction despite the shop quota of 100 free auctions. The quota counter stays the same. Did I overlook a paid setting, or is this a bug?
The solution was: the auction period was too short: eBay doesn't like auctions under 7 days. Ridiculous nonsense.

thank you very much for your post.
In the Shop subscription, you have 100 free auctions that have an auction duration of at least 7 days. Here you can find the advantages of the Shop packages again.
I picked out a CD as an example, and it was listed for an auction duration from 24.08.26 to 29.08.26 only. So this auction cannot be offset against the subscription.
Please check the duration of the relevant auctions, then the calculation will certainly become clear.

OP2 weeks agohey. the auction costs will be deducted from the credit balance. the auctions are not deducted from the quota.
