No, it is not in any way. There is no way a label would fit on it, and neither would our product...
About 4 weeks ago, the same thing. And I am still waiting for the refund, since the error was recognized and confirmed. All I get are excuses.
Is there a pattern to this approach?
At some point, patience runs out too. I expect the reversal of these "additional charges"! Immediately, not maybe someday.
