Shipping labels no cancellation, different format

Hello everyone,
apparently shipping labels are marked as used right away. You can’t cancel them anymore, in fact. Why can’t EVay get this sorted out? You have to buy a new one and you never see the money for the wrong one again because it can’t be cancelled. Do you now have to buy your labels outside of EBay so you can cancel labels if you ever need a different one? DHL doesn’t help either. They refer you to EBay. If you sell labels, they should actually work properly. And it wouldn’t be bad if you could print a different format too. That would save a ton of paper that gets thrown away. EBay could maybe think about the environment there.

·1 week agoThe reason labels are immediately "voided" is because the recipient may have booked a parcel storage location or redirects the package.
I haven’t created labels through eBay for a long time; this is another reason not to do it.

that happens sometimes just like that. Even without instructions. A few weeks ago it still worked without any problems. The bad thing is that nobody helps. Neither EBay nor DHL. EBay could come up with something for once, after all people pay them for it. They probably focus too much on "EBay Live". The streams on the homepage are increasing more and more and take up more and more space. And the topic is usually just Pokémon card stuff anyway. No idea where they're trying to go with this...

You really can't seriously trust eBay with standard formats / compatibility of label printers...
