Selecting shipping costs no longer works

Hello and good day,
I posted an item today and everything went well as usual, except for selecting the shipping costs.
Since today, I can no longer select the shipping method individually (DHL parcel, letter...). Instead, shipping conditions are specified.
Could it be that eBay has changed something in this regard?

Because of the activation of the basic conditions, which I did not want, in connection with the introduction of the cancellation button, I can no longer edit the shipping conditions for any of my listings.
I have many items for which, after the forced activation of the basic conditions, the international postage is no longer correct, which poses a significant financial risk for me
I can hardly imagine that this issue only affects the two or three people who have spoken up here.
As long as the problem with the basic conditions is not resolved, I am unable to act and cannot list any new items. I currently have almost 60 new items prepared, but I am condemned to doing nothing.
Here again is the link to my own post on this topic, which so far has remained unnoticed by eBay.
I would really appreciate some feedback on my questions here.

In connection with the necessary changes to the cancellation button, ebay unfortunately did not mention a word about how far-reaching - dramatic - the consequences are of implementing these changes according to the procedure suggested by ebay.
These forced conditions are not workable for me, and listing new items is like flying blind for me, with hardly calculable follow-up costs, since I can no longer manage the topic of international shipping in a controlled way (I have many items of varying sizes and weights on offer).
@verena@ebay I’m hoping for prompt assistance here, because at the moment I can’t take on the risk of listing new items.

thanks for your effort, I was able to solve the problem myself in the meantime.
I just deactivated the framework conditions, now it works again!

OP1 month agoI deleted all the parameters and Ebay simply added them back in. How can that be? I'm furious!!

·1 month ago@verena@ebay there also seems to be quite a bit wrong here. I’m also having significant problems with suddenly appearing framework conditions that I never created.

It’s going exactly as described above for me too . But the icing on the cake was the eBay employee who claimed I had changed the terms and conditions . When I denied it , he simply hung up ! Regards Walter - who is now just going to not post anything for a few days .

OP1 month agoI’ve now deleted all the conditions, no improvement.
Under delivery details, it now requires me to create shipping conditions; before I could choose my shipping method from a list.
I can’t post any offers anymore, what’s going on?

OP1 month agoThe cost type was also changed: Same shipping costs for all buyers and you can no longer change the cost type. As a result, a 7.69 DHL parcel was now changed to 3.20.
Actually, the shop is completely blocked; I wonder what I’m paying eBay rent for every month.

Have you tried deleting the framework conditions, if any exist?
