This offer violates the policy on purchases and sales outside of eBay - but it doesn't

I'm trying to sell something for the first time right now. I filled out the listing form, uploaded pictures, and clicked Publish. After that, I was shown that my listing would violate this policy. There's not a word in the listing about wanting to sell outside of Ebay, and there isn't any contact information either. The help page about it only lets me talk to a chatbot, which immediately crashes. How can I contact Ebay to clear this up?

OP3 weeks agoI had links to the manufacturer’s website in there, I’ve now deleted them as a test. But the warning is still there.

I have of course reset the DiskStation and removed it from my Synology account, so it can be used immediately after purchase.

Let’s ask an eBay employee whether she can give some advice on what might possibly still be criticized. She’ll get back to us here.
