Please check the data stored in your user account again and note the following points:
For companies:
The correct company name or names must be stored and must match the notice from the BZSt. It is also important that no differing abbreviations are used.
The correct legal form in the field for the company name must also be specified and must match the notice from the BZSt
the full address registered with the tax authorities must be stored
For sole proprietors
First and last name must be provided under which you are registered for tax purposes
the correct address registered with the tax office must be stored

Hello @dtec24shop - as a small note, I can tell you that the name listed with the Federal Central Tax Office is still different from the one you have stored at eBay. As @perfect-sally and our Community Support Team have already written here, all details must match exactly.
