Sell Flyer e-bike

I have already listed it 2 times for an E-BIKE, but I was always told that I would be violating eBay’s guidelines. I’m wondering what I did wrong?
I bought this E-BIKE on eBay, but for health reasons I can no longer ride it, which is why I want to sell it on eBay. I don’t know what I’m supposed to do, what is wrong? It always says that I’m not allowed to sell used E-BIKE ACCU or something similar, but I can’t sell the E-BKE without the Accu, it belongs to the bike.
What am I doing wrong?

New e-bikes: must be certified in accordance with the safety requirements of the CE directives and bear a CE mark. Please read all applicable regulations, as described in the Road Traffic Act, to ensure compliance. Pedelecs are limited to a maximum speed of 25 km/h and a motor output of up to 250 W. S-pedelecs may reach a maximum speed of 45 km/h and have a motor output of up to 4 kW.
Private sellers may only offer pre-approved e-bikes that already have the required documentation from the manufacturer or a recognized conformity assessment body.
Eligible sellers may offer refurbished e-bikes with new OEM batteries or with professionally tested original OEM batteries that have undergone documented diagnostics and meet the safety standards.
Used e-bikes are not permitted.

OP1 month agoThen I don't understand why I was able to buy this e-bike secondhand on EBAY from a private seller. There are dozens of used e-bikes offered on EBAY.

·1 month agoBasic principles and rules are constantly being adjusted, also because the legal situation changes. What other VK offer shouldn’t concern you, because they’re breaking those rules too; they just haven’t been caught or reported yet.
