Large letter/maxi letter: when will the credit be in the account?

I’ve made two sales and sent them by large letter.
Unfortunately, you only get basic tracking for that, meaning it only gets scanned once when it has been processed.
But not when it’s been delivered. For example, I know from one buyer that he already received the item on Friday, because he confirmed that for me when I asked, but in the sales it still says not delivered.
But this buyer hasn’t confirmed the purchase or left me a review.
So my money still hasn’t been paid out either.
When does that happen if a buyer doesn’t confirm a purchase or leave a review?
The annoying thing is: he no longer जवाबs to my request to confirm receipt.
I’ve only had the account for a few days because I wanted to sell a few personal things.
The other buyer, to whom I also sent something by large letter, left me a review, and then the money was directly in my account.
So the question is: if you send something by large letter or max letter and don’t have tracking that tells you the letter has been delivered, how do you get your money if someone doesn’t leave a review and confirm it?
I can’t send everything by registered mail, because then shipping costs more than a small item.
I contacted customer service and the answer was no, because they didn’t understand what I wanted. Maybe someone here can help me?

·2 weeks ago · EditedDepending on the item, amount, or processing, the payout or credit can take up to 30 days, especially if you are a new seller. By the way, this is independent of the shipping method, and the buyer also cannot actively confirm receipt.
So this can also happen with DHL/Hermes shipping including tracking.
You can also see under "My eBay" -> Payments -> all transactions how the payment status is and when processing may be completed.

And I’ve also already read that the money goes into the account, even if a buyer can’t confirm receipt, but another buyer left me a review and the money was in the account right away; the shipment was also a large letter, so I thought that as soon as you get a positive review, the money is in the account, even if it’s a large letter.

I thought a buyer can’t confirm that, that’s confusing me right now.

·2 weeks agoNo one can explain that, only eBay knows, and they keep quiet about it.
Another user already explained that very well. And it has also happened quite often that "new" sellers with few ratings initially receive a quick payout and then suddenly the money gets held back first.
And as written, a confirmation by message or a rating does not affect the payouts - eBay has communicated this several times.

·2 weeks agoThe buyer can't confirm anything; there is no function for that on eBay. And again: a confirmation via eBay message or a review has no influence on a faster payout.
In progress simply means that the whole process is still in progress - no idea what eBay has to process there, and I have long suspected that an AI could also be involved there.
What eBay likes to write about the 2 days can definitely be true later once you've built up a certain reputation. In the past, it used to be something like from 10 reviews upwards, and there should be no neutral or negative review among them. In addition, it is not helpful if you have issues in your account, such as shipping only after the stated processing time.
