lately I've been having constant problems with the post's trackingat first it didn't work at all 50% of the time for half a year (even though it was shipped with tracking)complained to the post 3xgot a reply 3x saying it wasn't insured.. blah blah... even though that wasn't the issue at all since the goods did arrivenow the post has started the next phasetracking seems to workbut I keep getting messages from customerssaying the goods are supposed to have arrived but there is nothing there (according to tracking)1-2 days later it then says the goods have arrived(with those I contacted, a shout-out here too to the customers for the feedback)unfortunately there are also customers who suffer from a loss of touch with reality and trash your ratinghere's a current incidentthat nicely describes the whole thing chronologically no contact.. nothing..come home from work around 23H on Sep 5 and see this (image 2) I only think holy what's wrong with him ?(read from bottom to top)and what is he talking about Hermes ???this was sent by mail with tracking via post (DHL)look at the tracking history (image1)and see a negative ratingso let's take a look his reply came 5 min later btw -.-coercion ?so he also has zero clue about lawand seems to really live in a parallel world -.- (observation)unfortunately customers like that trash your rating, this is now the 2nd time in 1 year(the first was deleted but is still visible as a rating, which actually isn't okay either @ebay)it's already bad enough that many immediately open a case instead of writing to you firstbut that's a different issue, although it probably has a detrimental effect on eBay's rhythmon top of that, something is going wrong with eBaylike in this case here the shipping status was goes out for delivery (tomorrow)and on eBay it was already shown to the customer as delivered(all good, the customer understood the problem or he figured it out himself and pointed it out to me when the delivery arrived, if I remember correctly he had already opened a case too, at least he had messaged me)who has had similar experiences with eBay / post lately and therefore problems with customers ???
