Hello dear community, I received a return request for an item where I sold a 3D printer. The pictures in the listing confirm that it worked perfectly and was not defective. After assembling it, the buyer got an error message and now wants to send the printer back because it apparently is 'defective.' For some reason, eBay approved the return even though I did not accept it.Now I not only have to take back a broken item, but also cover the return shipping costs..I don't know what I should do because the buyer is completely refusing to cooperate and I can't reach anyone at eBay personally..
