Hello my dears.
It's been a long time since I had to report someone for "non-payment". And now it's happened to me. Won 3 packages and now nothing. Annoying, since other bidders were on them too. Oh well....
Now my question: Before, you could open a case. Is that no longer possible? Can't find it anymore. Only report for other reasons (2 options that don't fit). Or should I just cancel the purchase (very annoying, but of course I would do it)? Don't want to provoke any trouble with the buyer, but it really bugs me. Since they were 3 clothing bundles. Thanks in advance for your help.

·1 month agoDo it the way Sunrise describes and put guys like that straight on your block list.
After the 4 days and after the cancellation, you can try whether they can still offer one or another item to an underbidder if you want that.

·1 month agoYou can open a case for non-payment exactly after 4 days (4 x 24 hrs.).
I wouldn’t choose another option, even if they would work at all, because then the buyer doesn’t get a warning.
