I’m at my wit’s end and because of Ebay I’m also going to lose my job.
The rep keeps telling me the same thing over and over, that I have to wait 72 hours before everything gets unlocked again.
Then I get another email saying documents are missing. I’ve already uploaded them 6 times. Nothing happens.
Then it’s back to the hotline again, ... and the whole thing starts all over again.
It’s just under €30,000 that’s being withheld, despite documentation, DHL tracking numbers, feedback from buyers, etc....

You’re registered on eBay Italy and have an Italian address. Maybe the problem with the documents has something to do with that too? There’s also an Italian community.
What I don’t wonder about is the suspension of your account and the withholding of your money. Over the past year, you’ve sold only a few things, but some of them were very high-priced, and then you received several negative feedback ratings because you often stopped shipping.
