Not paid / buyer no longer able to report?

is the report unpaid item function no longer there? How do I get to it?
I only see the following options (see screenshot):

Thank you very much for your post!
If a buyer doesn't pay, you have 4 days after the order is received to cancel the purchase with the reason "Buyer has not paid." This will automatically report the unpaid item. You can find here all further information.
