Hello @brickfan78 , an annoying outcome.Normally, buyer protection no longer applies if acceptance was refused for frivolous reasons.That’s what it says in the eBay guidelines, at least But unfortunately the first decision is usually made by AI.Have you already filed an appeal? Maybe @mia@ebay can also help here.The contact history must also be visible to her.The protection should actually apply here.
