Problems with posting since the update two (?) weeks ago
Hello, I’ve been having problems listing items since a recent update:
My previous process:
On the PC: choose title, choose condition, then click on "Take pictures from the phone"
then on the phone: take pictures, switch back to PC
back on the PC: fill in item description, fill in price, schedule listing date, done.
The current process and the problems:
On the PC: choose title, choose condition, then click on "Take pictures from the phone"
then on the phone: I’m supposed to enter the condition again (Why?), I’m supposed to choose an item description, but I can’t select my templates from the PC (Why?), for the pictures I have to hide every time that I don’t want to take them from the gallery, but want to take them directly (Why?), then switch back to PC
back on the PC: the item description has now been automatically filled with the title (WHY?), so delete it and use my template, enter price, then there are problems again with shipping because I can’t list two offers in a row with the same shipping method (Why?)(creating identical shipping conditions and switching back and forth between them does, strangely enough, work)
And another problem: When I select "Upload pictures from the phone" on the PC, I get the notification on the phone. As soon as I click it, Ebay opens and I’m stuck in an endless loading screen :(
The response from Ebay customer support: "Just reinstall the app." Spoiler: Of course that didn’t work, I’m now just annoyed.
All in all, very annoying and apparently since an update from about 2 weeks ago, as I said. Is there a way to switch back to the old listing system?
