Refund to the buyer
One of my buyers no longer wants the item they purchased, but it is already on its way to the buyer.
I have therefore paid the requested shipping costs and would like to refund only the purchase price. Is that possible?

·3 weeks agoYes, that works. Don’t do the refund through a purchase cancellation, but instead send a refund via the purchase details and adjust the amount beforehand.
But you should only refund once the item is back with you!

·3 weeks agoYou are a private seller and do not have to accept returns. But if the buyer then finds or invents something and opens a return because of an item that does not match the description, it counts as a complaint and you also pay the return shipping and have to refund in full.
