Refund not possible – payment method not accepted

I’m trying to issue a refund to a buyer, but I’m getting the following error message:
“A refund cannot be processed. Please add a payment method for the refund to the buyer.”
I’ve already added a bank account as a payment method. The bank account has also been verified, but I can’t select it when issuing the refund.
How can I still process the refund? Can the cancellation of the order and the refund possibly be handled by eBay Support?
The order number in question is: 09-14892-16325.
