Abuse of the return policy
a customer bought 2 pairs of new shoes, wore them for 4 weeks and then reports that the items are used and not new. wants to return the shoes. Ebay doesn't care about it, even after reporting it I can't get any further, should pay shipping costs for each item and then get used shoes back.
