I was sent the wrong and damaged product. I filed a buyer protection claim.Ebay decided in my favor.The seller was supposed to send me a return label or something within 5 days.Then Ebay extended the 5-day deadline.And then extended it again by another 10 days.Wasn’t it still true there: In Germany you can’t get away with items that are fake and don’t match the description.I just want to finally get my money back and get the junk out of my apartment.In addition, I want that, if Ebay doesn’t manage it and has to keep helping the fraudster, I can let my lawyer loose and claim damages and get the money back via Paypal. That has always worked.Also, the case should finally be over so I can permanently delete my 21-year-old account here.You only do something like this to me twice: the first and last time....Is this Ebay's "seller protection" They also don’t dare call, after I requested a call so they could explain this to me...Absolute crap class from Ebay.
