Buy Now button greyed out, no items available for purchase
Summary: hoefges-handel reported an issue where their items are not purchasable, the 'Buy Now' button is greyed out, and price proposals can't be sent. Attempts to relist items and contacting eBay support have been unsuccessful. perfect-sally confirmed the issue and checked for possible account restrictions. nina@ebay acknowledged the known problem and added hoefges-handel to a technical ticket for resolution.
Hello,
for at least since yesterday, probably even longer, none of my items can be purchased.
The Buy It Now button is grayed out. Price suggestions can also not be sent.
If I send the customer a price suggestion, they still can't buy this item.
Also, almost all of the links on the items are not clickable either.
A call to Ebay unfortunately hasn't helped so far either.
What could be causing this?
Ending the listing and putting it up again unfortunately didn't help either.
Also, the item description is currently very small. You always have to scroll. That wasn't the case before either
