Dispute - Package supposedly never delivered according to the buyer, but according to DHL it was. Recipient signature? | Sell

Hi, I recently sold a somewhat more expensive item (560eur) and shipped it to Italy with DHL.According to the tracking number, everything was successfully delivered to the address. But the buyer says he never signed anything, nothing was ever delivered. He contacted DHL, who said that the driver signs everything themselves, no signature from the recipient is needed. After a week, eBay asks me for proof that the recipient signed for everything.But he didn’t. DHL doesn’t do that. DHL doesn’t offer that as an additional service either; private sellers can’t order that at all.Apparently, according to eBay, this is necessary for items with a goods value over 550 euros. What is one supposed to do in a case like that? I bought the shipping label directly on eBay.I also opened a trace request, but I doubt that will do anything. DHL says it was successfully delivered.
