Sales do not appear under "Orders".

Hello everyone. I'm new and have a question. I have listed items for auction. I received bids for two items. After the auction ended, the two bids were either not sold or they don't appear under "Orders." What can I do to get the items to the buyer?

I have the same problem, both expired items and items I bid on have been stuck in the active list since 13/9/26. The items I bought don't go into the orders list, so I can't sell them, they won't let me end them, and when I ask about it again and again it's always the same blah blah. They're looking into it, the issue is being passed on, technical error in the USA, etc. In over TWO weeks, not the slightest thing has happened.
