Good day.Package to Italy.Tracking number entered on eBay.Package has been sitting in the DHL international center for 2 weeks or so.Seller opens a case and writes a negative review.Buyer is found to be in the right - there is no signature from the recipient.Appeal filed: DHL fault.Rejected - final.Package comes back - without being able to see where the problem was.Further emails to eBay remain unanswered.Spoke with eBay today: It will be forwarded to the specialist department, which will write me an email within 24h.The employee could not answer further questions about the email that was supposedly forthcoming and kept repeating his information like a mantra.When I told him that he had already said that 3x, and that he should just say that he cannot answer my question, he hung up.What do you think: Will eBay do anything?
