Shipping costs for returns
Hello everyone, the buyer wants to send the item back, but is demanding a full refund: purchase price and return shipping costs. But mine says: “14 days return. Buyer pays return shipping”. What do I need to change, and where? Regards, Felix

the buyer changed their mind, so it’s the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to you at their own expense, as perfect-sally already says.
Don’t refund before you have the item back in front of you, otherwise you may end up losing both.
Money gone and item gone.

What is the reason for the return?
In the case of a cancellation, the buyer pays for the return shipping; in the case of a complaint, the seller pays for the return shipping.
