Lots of fakes around
Summary: galaxiko reports three fraudulent purchase inquiries on a platform, involving supposed buyers with zero ratings. They sent fake emails to persuade the seller to ship in advance, on the pretext that the purchase price would be paid after the tracking number was provided. lidor3073 thanks them for the tip, and perfect-sally notes that the attempted scam was obvious and that common sense should have been on alert.
Hello everyone,
I’ve had 3 fake sales within just a few days now. They were (supposed) sellers with zero reviews and mostly signed up on the same day. The buyers made a price offer exactly at my maximum price. After that, I got an email from eBay (but it was fake) saying that the purchase price had been deposited and would be paid out immediately once the tracking number was provided. Please make sure to watch out for this if you don’t want to lose €€€

if you don't see any payment received in your Ebay account under Payments - All transactions, then it wasn't paid.
The same applies to your sales. Here too, paid is only marked by Ebay, not by the buyer.
And off to the block list with such "buyers"
Best wishes from the Baltic Sea
