When do I get my money?
Hey, I sold Pokémon cards, the buyer has already received the cards, but it shows that the package hasn’t arrived yet. Because of that, I’m not getting my money and don’t know what I should do. It was my first sale.

in the listing, shipping is specified as letter mail, not as a parcel
By the way, with higher amounts you should generally only ship insured incl. full tracking - so by registered mail (within Germany: mailbox drop-off insured up to 20 euros, handover up to 25 euros) or parcel (standard insurance up to 500 euros), and for all shipping methods you also need to pay attention to the permitted contents (classes of valuables), and when shipping abroad there are also country-specific requirements

Did you send it with tracking and enter that on eBay? With basic tracking and a merchandise shipment, it can sometimes take a while, and unfortunately it’s then the case that if delivery is not clear, you have to wait 30 days for your money (buyer protection is taken very seriously at eBay). It’s advisable to always ship with a traceable tracking number. In addition, you are also listed as a new seller, so payout anyway takes a while until you’ve built up a certain reputation and no problems are reported to eBay by buyers.
