Why are they now withholding the money when selling it, they didn’t used to do that before
They're definitely overdoing it, I've verified everything I could, but because I don't sell regularly. The money is being withheld even though the item was shipped, with tracking from eBay even.
But what it's being withheld for makes zero sense. that didn't exist before either. That opens the back door for scammers .Not recommended anymore for private sellers who only sell something every now and then! I'd rather sell elsewhere again, I've never had such problems

There weren't any guidelines like this before either, the kind there are today.
