Hello everyone,I have a question about the upcoming change to the payment method for Deutsche Post shipping labels starting on January 1, 2026.So far, I have paid for the labels via PayPal because I received a collective invoice from Deutsche Post every 10 days - so only three invoices per month. That was perfectly practical for bookkeeping.However, if I pay via eBay credit, I receive a separate invoice by email for each individual label. In my case, that can be up to 500 invoices a month. For bookkeeping, that is not feasible and completely impractical.In the forum, someone wrote that these costs do not appear as a collective item on the eBay statement, but are only visible in the billing report, while the actual invoices still come individually from Deutsche Post. That is exactly what I am seeing as well.My questions for the eBay team:Are there any plans to solve this problem?Will eBay pass this issue on to Deutsche Post so that collective invoices will finally be possible when paying via eBay credit?For many commercial sellers, this would be extremely important. No one can save and archive hundreds of individual PDF invoices every month. PayPal will no longer be supported for Deutsche Post shipping labels as of January 1, 2026. Therefore, a solution would be urgently needed.Are there perhaps alternative solutions, e.g. a separate business customer agreement with Deutsche Post or suitable external programs (WMS/ERP) and invoicing software to import eBay orders and efficiently manage the 500 individual invoices per month?Many thanks.
