Shipping at a later date at the buyer's request is not recognized by the system

At the request of a buyer, I only shipped the goods two days before his return, i.e. a week later than planned when listing the item, and the goods arrived on time for that date — it really couldn’t be any more precise. Nevertheless, and despite the buyer’s positive rating, this one item is showing me a rate of late-shipped items. Apparently there is no way to manually verify, specify, or the like. An AI can only count, not evaluate. If I arrange collection or scheduled delivery with a buyer, I can’t tell the system this! The positive rating was also not automatically taken into account. Please change this!

·2 months agoYou have to ship it as stated in your details, and it shouldn’t be allowed any other way.
You will probably get a defect on your account for this late shipment, but you may be able to get it deleted if it can be traced in the messages.
Otherwise, the rule is always: ship as stated and don’t get involved in any special requests from buyers, because as the seller, you’re the one who ends up with the hassle.

Yes, that's right. With on-time shipping, special requests from buyers are not taken into account. What matters in this case is that the request for later shipping is documented by the buyer. As soon as the defect can be identified, you can have the defect reviewed by an eBay employee via the Seller Cockpit. How to do this can also be found here.
I was able to find a "not shipped on time" defect in your customer account. Here, it was documented by the buyer that shipping should take place at a later date so that delivery goes smoothly. With this proof, I was able to report the defect for removal. Within the next 24 to 48 hours, the defect should be removed.
