German Post and no tracking information
Hello again,
On 30/07/26 I labeled two letters here and handed them in together at the DP branch.
For one shipment there were tracking details, for the other none at all (order 09-14963-53172).
As is well known, the shipment data updates keep getting stuck, but I don’t like it this way.
Is there anything that can be done about it? Thanks in advance

OP1 week agoNew update after a week: According to the buyer, the letter has
arrived. The tracking still shows ZERO info, so no scan event at all.

if there isn't any data even at the post office, how is anything supposed to be shown on eBay?

OP1 week agoWith the limited tracking that applies to letters, there is no trackable shipment number that you can use to check online with DP. So the only option left is to share the data with eBay. Therefore, there was no scan at DP or no data transmission to eBay.
