DHL is not shown for orders abroad.

for the last two orders abroad, the shipping method I selected is no longer being shown. Normally I ship via DHL for 14.49 euros. The buyer also pays that amount, and when selected it says "DHL Paket International", but I’m only being offered the option to ship via DPD Classic for 33.72 euros. Last time I created my shipping label through the DHL site, and I’ll do that this time too, but I’d really like to use eBay again, because it’s less work.
Does anyone know what might be causing this, or has anyone had this too?

·1 week agoHave you tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies? Tried another browser?
On my end in Chrome everything is displayed completely normally as usual. Have you clicked on "Show all services"?
