Urgent: DHL QR code for return is invalid – please send a new return label
Summary: blaumantick urgently needs help with an unusable return QR code from eBay for DHL. The QR code is recognized by DHL as invalid and cannot be printed. Despite attempts to contact eBay customer service and a long wait, there is still no solution, which puts the timely return by 07/10 at risk. A new, working QR code or a return label by email is requested.
Hello everyone,
I urgently need help with a return.
For my return that has already been opened, eBay provided me with a DHL QR code for the return. However, this does not work at DHL or is recognized as invalid.
I also cannot print out the return label myself or retrieve it from eBay as a normal label.
I've already been trying since today to reach eBay customer service:
Requested a callback – no callback for almost two hours
also been in the phone hold queue for over an hour
According to eBay, the return must be sent by 07/10 at the latest. Of course I want to send it on time, but I currently can't because the eBay/DHL QR code isn't working.

You won't be able to avoid contacting customer service.
