eBay shipment tracking is not updating even though DHL has delivered it

Dear Ebay community,
I currently have a problem with the tracking of sold items and hope someone here can help me. Specifically, the tracking on Ebay for two of my items is not being updated, even though according to DHL tracking the items have already been delivered. One yesterday, and the other this morning. On Ebay it only says that the tracking number was provided.
Now I’m worried that Ebay won’t recognize the shipment as being sent on time and, above all, that my payments will be withheld. So I’d like to ask for help here or hear about experiences with similar situations. For reference, these are the two item numbers involved:

·Jul 15, 2026 at 1:04 PMThe tracking on eBay is actually always behind, and for you it’s only been a short time since it was delivered. eBay then already sees that it was shipped on time. And since you first have 2 recent ratings and are still listed as a new seller, it may still be the case that it’s withheld for a while at first.
You’ve also sold quite well, so it’s entirely possible that eBay is taking a closer look, also at whether and when the threshold for reporting to the tax authorities is due.
