I will no longer offer this shipping method, as I’ve been getting an extreme number of complaints lately that the stated delivery time isn’t being met. In just the last few days, there are now several opened cases for Not Delivered and several chat messages. It often takes more than a week for the large/maxi letter to arrive, not 1-2 days as eBay says.The basic shipment tracking (which isn’t really tracking at all) unfortunately doesn’t work at all, because the items aren’t even being scanned at the sorting center anymore. So the customer doesn’t even know that the item has been shipped, but only sees "Data provided". Combined with the incorrectly displayed delivery time, that’s an absolute disaster. I won’t use this shipping method anymore in the future, but maybe eBay can improve things when it comes to the delivery time.
