Experiences with eBay shipping problems and refunds

I recently had a problem with the eBay shipping service. A wrong shipping label was created, which caused my shipment to be returned. Shipping as a registered item with goods to Holland didn’t seem to be allowed, but the eBay service still created the label that way. Unfortunately, the support chat was not very helpful in this situation.
