Incorrect delivery address from the buyer – who pays for return shipping & reshipping? | Shipping

Hello everyone,we’d like to know how other sellers deal with the following problem:We offer free shipping on many items. Unfortunately, it keeps happening that buyers provide incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses (e.g. wrong house number, missing postal number for parcel lockers, uncollected shipments, etc.).The packages are then sent back to us by DHL and we bear:the original shipping costs,the return shipping costs,and sometimes buyers then also want a reshipment.This sometimes results in triple shipping costs for us, even though the mistake was not ours.How do you handle cases like this?Do you charge the buyer for the reshipment?Do you deduct return shipping costs from the refund?Do you have corresponding clauses in your terms and conditions or eBay texts?Have there already been any problems with eBay cases because of this?I’d appreciate any experiences and tips 🙂
