Hello everyone, my buyer selected and paid for Hermes home delivery, but entered his name and the address of a Hermes parcel shop as the delivery address. In addition, at the parcel shop address he entered 11 instead of house number 1.I could possibly change the address in the process and send it that way, but I have the feeling that this could cause problems both with eBay seller protection and with delivery by Hermes – especially since the buyer doesn’t actually live there.Should I ask him to give me his home address and, if necessary, reroute the shipment to a parcel shop himself later?Thanks in advance
