Attention. There are currently problems with Ebay when paying for postage online
On 17/1/26, bought a shipping label for shipment to Denmark from DHL for €14.49 via Ebay.
Printed out shipping label. Took the package to the post office and the shipping label cannot be scanned!
On 19/1/26, bought the same shipping label again via Ebay, DHL €14.49, and back to the post office again.
Same problem. Cannot be scanned.
On 19/1/26, bought the same shipping label again from DHL, this time without Ebay but through the DHL app
Back to the post office again. This time scanned perfectly.
3x €14.49 shipping fees and no information from Ebay.
Warning. From now on, please only use DHL shipping labels

that's apparently too difficult for the experts at Ebay. 🤔
So far, they've only managed to do this notice when opening the help pages.

the key point is, in my opinion, who even looks at the help pages when there’s a problem like this? I wouldn’t think of it. 🤔
What’s missing here is a proactive error culture that a globally operating business could be proud of. But oh well, another missed opportunity. 😓

And it was displayed like that.
And when I go to the help page on eBay in the browser, that also appears
