Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you because I am having an insurmountable problem contacting the seller regarding an eBay order and urgently need help.

I ordered a POC Obex BC Mips ski helmet in size M as a guest (using the “Buy It Now” feature) on eBay. However, I was accidentally sent size S. Since I didn’t expect an error at the time and had cleared out my phone, the delivery emails and the invoice have already been deleted.

Since I made the purchase as a guest, the transaction isn’t recorded in my eBay account. For this reason, I have no access to the order details or the ability to contact the seller directly through my account. eBay customer service no longer offers a point of contact by phone or direct email, and the automated help options were unable to assist me.

Since I would like to report the incident to PayPal, they require that I have contacted the seller first—which is impossible for me due to the lack of any contact information.

I therefore urgently request your assistance in resolving this matter and in contacting the seller or arranging a refund.
