I have a problem with the tracking for a shipping label that I bought through eBay for Hermes. It seems that the tracking on eBay isn’t updating. On Hermes’ website, the shipment shows as delivered according to the tracking. The buyer has already left me positive feedback, which is somewhat reassuring. Right now I can’t enter the tracking manually, since only Hermes Italy is available.
Now the payment is still being held...

·1 week agoTracking on eBay is often delayed, but I’ve never noticed that problem myself because I don’t buy my labels through eBay and enter the tracking number manually.
And if you bought the label on eBay, the tracking number should be stored there, right.
And a buyer rating is not accepted as proof of delivery. You will get your money, it just takes longer.
