Hello everyone,How do you handle the following case? We shipped several packages properly to a customer from China. The shipments were on the way for several months and then, for some reason, came back to us even though they were originally exported. The problem:The order is now older than 90 days, so a refund directly through eBay is probably no longer possible. We have already contacted the buyer several times in German, English, and even translated into Chinese, unfortunately without any response. How do you process the refund in cases like this?I’d be interested to know how other sellers handle this.Best regards
