Hello everyone, hello eBay team,
today I’m reaching out to the community and the product team with a question about our daily shipping workflow — and at the same time with a suggestion for improvement, in case this option doesn’t actually exist yet.
My question for the community:
Am I just overlooking a feature in Seller Hub Pro right now?
My problem: When I need my buyers’ addresses for my external label printer (e.g. Brother, Dymo or Zebra), I currently click through each individual order, copy the address manually, paste it into my printer editor, and print it out one by one. The regular CSV data export unfortunately doesn’t really help me with this quick, daily process.
Is there already a hidden way directly through eBay to generate a clean, continuous print view for the shipping addresses of all selected orders, without me having to copy each address individually?
My suggestion for improvement (if the feature doesn’t exist yet):
If this option doesn’t exist by default yet, an integrated, streamlined “batch print view for address labels” directly from the order overview (with one click for all selected orders) would be a huge relief.
Ideally, this feature should meet the following criteria:
Optimized for label printers: A plain text or PDF output that can be adapted to common label formats (e.g. continuous tape or standard label sizes) without unnecessary design elements.
Automatic consolidation for multiple orders: The system already recognizes when a buyer has multiple items open. When generating this address list, those orders should then be automatically combined into one single address label to save postage and effort.
The benefit:
Huge time savings: The annoying copy-paste for each individual address would be completely eliminated.
Reduced errors: Manual copying errors are avoided.
Efficiency: The shipping process directly from eBay would be massively accelerated for many business sellers, without having to rely on external, paid third-party tools.
