Tracking number assigned twice. Help with refund.
Hello, I wanted to take my sold items to the post office as usual. I was told that the tracking number had already been assigned for one of the packages and that I should contact Ebay. The "chat bot" isn't helpful, and otherwise I can't find any way to solve the problem automatically. Many thanks in advance.
