I have a problem with shipping. Does anyone know how I can change the shipping costs for all items in our shop? I’ve already looked everywhere, but without success. Maybe I’m misunderstanding something, since my native language is British English!

In Seller Cockpit Pro, go to "Offers"
There, select all offers (or, if necessary, the first 2000)
then in the next step you can mark all offers and change the shipping conditions via bulk change (try it first with 2-3 offers, it's not hard!)
maybe call eBay / ask them to call you back and ask for someone who can explain this in English .... my English lessons were ~40 years ago, that only gets me far enough on vacation to order beer and food :-)

OP1 month agoThanks for the help. I just checked, but I can’t directly change the prices, which is what I would actually need to do. It only shows the option to change the Terms and Conditions.

·1 month agoIf what @sammlerkiste-1-2-3 described didn’t work, then I suspect you have constraints enabled and therefore can’t edit these shipping costs the “normal” way.
And why should we brush up on our English? We’re here in a German-speaking community at ebay.de and we speak German 😎

you can find the framework conditions here:
https://www.ebay.de/bp/manage
Just change your shipping cost condition there, then that will be applied to all listings
